Therapeutic Specialists, Inc. (TSI) is a Pittsburgh-based Occupational Therapy (OT) practice that Connie Hoeke, a Pennsylvania licensed Occupational Therapist, established in 1983. Mrs. Hoeke remains as President of the practice, which employs therapists who provide OT services to clients of all ages within the Tri-State area. The Occupational Therapists serve clients through office visits, in area schools and nursing homes, and in clients' own homes.

    For over a decade, TSI's therapists and therapy assistants have provided services to numerous children and adults who have experienced difficulties that affect their learning, coordination, and daily living skills.

    Many of our therapists hold advanced certifications such as Neurodevelopmental Treatment {NDT}, and Sensory Integration & Praxis Tests {SIPT}.
